Here you’ll find a little archive of recipes that I’ve included in my newsletters. I generally pull them from some of my favourite cookbooks and cooking sites, or copy them out from scribbled notes on cuecards that have been passed along through the ages. I do not lay claim to any of these recipes (unless they’re actually mine). I’m no chef – consider this a collection, rather than chronicles of my innovative cooking prowess.
